Man flu is back again, started feeling rough earlier today, and this evening at a Scout Meeting I got the shivers, i have a tight chest, sore back, feel hot then cold.....i am fallng apart.

The list of things I have to do for the show is growing every day, I have a very pressing deadline for the show programme, which info for keeps changing, I have a press release to get out and god knows what else!

Off to Bridgend at the end of the months with Mr Travers, for a Charity Curry Night, will include a walk and the first GP!
