Coming to a radio near you!

Greetings one and all, if you live in Essex be afraid, I will be on the radio on Saturday afternoons very soon! I will be doing my usual sport and music show, and it is live streamed on the web, I am trying to wangle a late night Friday show as well so we can have some adult fun!!! I am thinking of doing Porn Idol again, I reckon Essex is the ideal place for a competition featuring members of the public faking orgasms!!!
I cannot say where just yet, but I understand the studio is in a shop window!!! So I am fully expecting bare arses being pressed against the windows..

The old knee is getting better thankfully and I do not think I am far off getting into the cricket nets. Frankly the lack of movement has been getting me down, it was seriously bad at one stage with Dr's advising me to not mover it any way, as a single Dad that is easier said then done. Dan has been great and making me a cup of tea in bed every day, he must be after something....

Exams went well, took a look at the questions and inwardly leapt for joy, as I am confident with the answers I gave, I am mildly annoyed our law tutor went over the top telling us to know this and that and study this legislation....for what?? one poxy piss easy law question, always said he was a twat..

Thinking of holidays in the summer, we are booked for a week with friends in France, which will feature a Tennis match with 10 euros for the winner!I am also told we have to pass 3 bars on the way back to the house after, and my host insists I sample some red wine in each, really looking forward to it as Dan will have his 2 best friends out there with him. After that I will have a break on my own, am thinking of Norway which for some strange reason appeals to me.... My best mate Simon has been over here from Oz since Xmas, and was good to see him, Dan has been very reluctant to ever fly to Oz for some reason, but Simon has had a word with the boy wonder and now he is as keen as I am to take the trip, so hopefully this time next year we will be in OZ on holiday!

Did you hear about the two goldfish in the tank, one said to the other, you drive I will man the guns.....

The Big Day Looms!

Tuesday is D-day for me, its my Unit A exam, 3 hours of hell on earth judging by the last exam I sat in 2001! the one in 2001 was easy, this one is not, its the hardest unit of the course and has a 50% failure right, so I reckon a good nights sleep Monday is not on the cards, neither will a breakfast be I suspect. Have been studying very very hard, and if I dont know it by now I never will.

The knee is still buggered, bit more mobile, walking is ok, but once i stop the knee seizes up and the dull pain starts to build and I have to reach for the painkillers, I have been having physio, I never realised such a pretty woman could be so sadistic! I have been told with rest and physio I should be playing cricket again sooner or later, at the moment I am wondering what season!

Watched Charlton v Watford yesterday, I am not at all convinced in this team yet, too many players playing within themselves. Hopefully Pardew knows what he is doing because at the moment I am not seeing it!

It appears I have badly damaged my knee ligaments, having a scan on Wednesday when the swelling has reduced to see what the damage is. not sure how I have done it but I can say its absolute agony, I am pretty much immobile at the moment, stick on the sofa, cannot walk other than to the loo at the moment and getting comfortable in bed is a joke.
Cricket practice starts a week on Tuesday, I will be unable to take part bad Dan is going, he has been attached to Old Colfeians CC as part of his cricket development and starts with them on 20th Jan at their indoor nets, god knows how good he is going to be with more coaching! He got a new cricket bat for Xmas and is itching to use it!

Exams loom on 22nd Jan, being laid up means I am off work so I can get some serious studying done, had mocks in Dec and they went ok so hopefully the exams will go well
