Busy week looms next week, I have to go to town and collect my new passport and Dan's first one, ready for our holiday in France, we go on the 22nd August to stay in Conde Folie, a tiny hamlet in the Picardy region very close to the Somme battlefields so expect 100s of pics when we get back!
I am off to Cornwall in September with a mate for a weekends walking, we will walk from Boscastle to Newquay then collapse in a heap! In October we hope to do some more walking in Wales, not sure where yet possibly Snowdonia, or maybe the Brecons, we aim next summer to walk crom the North West Coast to the North East Coast, 192 miles we have discovered! so we aim to get a lot of serious walking in before next summers epic journey.. my fellow walker is attending the December New Romney Mountain Rescue weekend, and foolish assumed we could do a good 20 mile walk, I have pointed out the true nature of the weekend and the mileage is being re-assessed! poor fella thinking it was a walking weekend!
The Kiwi has got herself hopelessly lost on a driving holiday in the Cotswolds, even with a Sat Nav she is useless!!!
