Its that time of year, a matter of weeks before the Eurovison Song Contest 24th May in Belgrade, Over the next few weeks I will be torturing myself as usual and going through all the entries to see what is good and what more importantly is terrible, I can say without fear or contradiction that Ireland are not taking it seriously, there entry is a turkey, literally a bloody puppet turkey, its so bad its not funny.
On a serious note, we wont win for two reason, we are not a former Eastern Bloc country and secondly, and much more importantly Andy Abraham's song is a pile of old horse shit, even Out of Hours Doris, who's musical knowledge is shaky to say the least would agree with me.

In the first video box on the right is a legendary Euro Perfomer, Cetin Alp from Turkey who scored Nil Points in 1983, the song is so bad its good... sadly Cetin was killed a few years ago in a car crash, bearing in my mind the mindless act of murder from 1983 he may have got his just rewards there....
Yours in a Euro Fever

OoH Doris' knowledge of music is not shaky, in fact she has a very wide knowedge of music both contemporary and classical. She also is a reasonably able musician in her own right. Unfortunately she has a bad memory for names and titles which means that she cannot always name a song or indeed who sang it.
